Featuring six "motel style" rooms, approximately 14' x 12' each, our buildings are perfectly suited for various accommodation needs. Every room includes a shower/toilet, sink, double bed, and TV, providing comfort and convenience. The 200 AMP electrical service, single electric water heater, 4” sewer outlet, and ¾” water inlet cater to all your utility needs, while the absence of natural gas/propane requirements simplifies installation and use.

Comfort is guaranteed year-round with A/C and electric heat in each room, and the insulation levels (R45 ceiling, R25 floor, R19 exterior walls) ensure energy efficiency. Safety features include a fire suppression system and smoke detection, offering peace of mind.
