A practical path,
for real Saskatchewan sites.

Affordability, long conventional build timelines, remote-community delivery and disaster recovery all make RTM and modular homes a practical choice for a wide range of buyers.

Fieldstone works with first-time buyers, families upgrading, people replacing a home after fire or forest fire, First Nations communities planning on- or off-reserve housing, rural buyers with acreages, and operators who need living quarters on remote sites.

If you already know roughly where, how big and what budget, the consultation compares real options, foundation requirements and inclusions — before any commitment.

Common questions

Good questions.

All questions
Can you customize an RTM or modular home?

Yes. Tell Fieldstone how many bedrooms, bathrooms and square feet you want, along with colour preferences and budget, and you’ll get practical options.

Are RTM homes the same as mobile homes?

No. Fieldstone does not sell mobile homes. Today’s modular homes are built to CSA A277 certification standards, which meet or exceed national building code requirements for any home construction.

What foundation can the home go on?

Screw piles, a concrete crawl space, a wood crawl space or a full basement. The right choice depends on your site conditions, project scope and budget.

How long does delivery take?

Complete buildings can be delivered anywhere in Saskatchewan in as little as 12 weeks after sign-off. That isn’t a guarantee for every project — timing depends on design decisions, sign-off, scope, site conditions and placement planning.

What affects the price?

Square footage, design, upgrades, material choices, foundation, delivery distance and placement requirements. Fieldstone reviews each of these openly during the consultation — no hidden fees.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — a manufacturer’s warranty is available. What it covers for your specific home or building is reviewed with you during the consultation and before sign-off.

Do you deliver across Saskatchewan?

Yes — anywhere in the province, including rural lots, remote communities and First Nations communities. Road access, foundation and placement requirements are reviewed during the consultation.
